‘Woodie’, our brand new LDV MIFA People Mover, can transport up to six passengers in comfort and safety, straight from home to the Seniors Hub, and back again afterwards.

The 'Woodie' Story
We all have names for our cars, Jenny calls hers Harriet, can’t remember why, Sue’s is Landy because she drives a Land Rover. Christine and her family have names for their many cars. Even the old HACC busses were named.
We needed to find a significant name for our EPS vehicle.
When EPS first formed one of our board members was really strong on governance and helping seniors, we wouldn’t be where we are today without her, she kept us all in line.
So, ‘Woodie’ is named after Hellen Dunwoodie, a wonderful lady who passed in November 2024.
